When you have more than a couple of discs to your name, a good disc bag is an invaluable investment.
The Prodigy BP-4 offers another compact option in their bag lineup at their lowest price point yet.
The BP-4 now features a lightweight, durable Nylon Ripstop Fabric which makes the bag scratch, tear, and water resistant. With the new material also comes a brand new color array with various options.
It holds 16-18 discs in the main compartment with an optional divider. The putter pocket holds an additional two putters. For storage, the BP-4 has a velcro side pocket with room for valuables and small items like towels, and it has an adjustable water bottle holder to easily fit a 32-ounce bottle. The BP-4 also makes a great bag on the go for days spent off the course.
This is the first disc golf bag I bought. It's not the highest-tech bag out there and it's pretty minimalistic overall, but that's really not a bad thing. It can comfortably fit 12-16 discs (depending on the type) and they sit very well. The water bottle pocket works well with my nalgene and the velcro side-pocket does a good job at keeping whatever I put in there safe. The putter pocket at the top is nice, but I will say in my experience it's a little tricky for me to fit more than one putter comfortably (in all reality it's probably just meant for one putter). I honestly use the putter pocket for my phone/wallet/keys since it zips and keep my putters with the rest of the discs, and it works great for me. I've had it for a while now and it's definitely had plenty of use, and it's really well constructed because I've seen no tears or holes or anything. Again, great beginner bag, I'd recommend this in a heartbeat (and I have).
